How Kiss918 VIP Levels Are Calculated
Our VIP Programme uses qualifying betting turnover to calculate membership points.
Earn VIP Points
Every RM100 in eligible betting turnover = 1 VIP Point.

VIP points accumulate permanently for
membership progression.
Only settled, eligible wagers contribute towards VIP points. Cancelled or voided transactions, excluded games and promotional activity excluded by the programme rules do not count.
How Membership Upgrades Work
VIP upgrades follow the total qualifying points recorded on your account.
For example, reaching 100 VIP points qualifies an account for Silver membership. Reaching 300 points qualifies it for Gold.
Under this proposed structure, the system assigns the highest tier for which the account meets the point threshold.
Do VIP Points Reset?
VIP points accumulate permanently for membership progression.
Once earned and confirmed, they remain part of the account's lifetime qualifying point total. Any correction for invalid, refunded or reversed activity may adjust the recorded total.
Members do not need to repeat the qualification process every month.

Will You Keep Your VIP Level?
Yes. Under our proposed programme, your achieved VIP tier does not expire.
Membership progression is based on accumulated lifetime qualifying VIP points rather than a monthly reset.
Permanent Tier Progression
Once an account reaches the required threshold, its membership level remains active unless the account is closed, suspended or adjusted following invalid activity.
No Monthly Downgrade
Members do not need to meet the same turnover threshold every month to retain their achieved level.
Individual Rewards Can Still Expire
Although VIP status is retained, unclaimed birthday rewards, event bonuses and temporary member promotions remain subject to their individual claim deadlines.

What Is the Actual Value of a VIP Upgrade?
A VIP upgrade changes the rate applied to qualifying cashback activity.
